The pigs on the farm are a product of 15 years of breeding the "Perfect Spit Roasting Pig" and customers of Highland hog roasts continue to come back for the fantastic flavour. The ratios of meat, fat and skin thickness is crucial to give our customers the "Crackling Good" experience.
The cattle on the farm are beef shorthorn, arguably the best tasting Scottish beef you can buy. They are reared outdoors spring to autumn on luscious green grass and only housed in barns overnight during the worst of the Scottish winter.
